Jason & Ashley Hepler

Jason and Ashley Hepler have been married since December 2007 and have spent their life together serving people and building the Kingdom of God. Through church planting, evangelism, pastoral ministry, and years of serving side by side, their heart has remained simple: love people the way Jesus does and create a place where everyone can encounter Him, belong, grow, and discover their purpose.

Jason received the Holy Spirit at ten years old, beginning a lifelong journey of faith and ministry. He is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God and has served in a variety of ministry roles, including church planter, evangelist, associate pastor, and senior pastor. He holds a Doctorate in Ministry, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration. His background has given him a unique passion for understanding people, strengthening families, developing leaders, and reaching those who may have felt overlooked or forgotten by the church.

Ashley has been beside Jason throughout their ministry journey, serving faithfully, loving people deeply, and helping build healthy church communities wherever God has called them. Together, they believe ministry is much more than what happens from a platform. It happens around tables, in hospital rooms, at ballgames, during difficult seasons, and in the everyday moments when people simply need someone to walk with them.

Jason and Ashley are passionate about building a church where Jesus is at the center, the presence of God is welcomed, families can grow together, young people can discover their calling, and people from every background know there is room for them. Their desire for Spirit of Praise is not simply to build a larger church, but to build a healthy family of believers who love God, love people, and carry the hope of Jesus into their community and beyond.
